Art-tober features Lakeland Art Association’s Plein-Aire Art contest and exhibition, WCS Art Instructors’ children’s make and take art, food trucks and so much more. Check-out downtown Warsaw boutiques and specialty stores and dine-in at any of our local eateries or grab a bite to eat at participating food trucks.
