Join us for Downtown Warsaw Christmas Celebration on December 15th! Bring the whole family for holiday entertainment of music & dance, along with our twinkle light parade. Get your last-minute Christmas shopping in at our Christmas Market! Third Friday Participant Form

  • Briefly describe what your booth or activity will consist of.
  • Example: 10 x 10 space; Please Note: Vendors must supply their own tables, tents, etc.
    If electricity is needed you must provide a 200' long, heavy duty, 3-Prong extension cord.
  • This will sign you up as one of the title sponsors for the next 12 months starting with the next Third Friday.
  • You will be purchasing for the next year of Third Fridays starting with the next event.
  • Select the upcoming month(s) you plan to attend over the next year as a for-profit food vendor based in Kosciusko County. All months displayed are for the next occurrence.
