“Main Street Monday” Features Forte Residential and Home Health Care

This week’s Main Street Monday Feature is Forte Residential and Home Health Care! This month celebrates their seventh year at their corporate office in Downtown Warsaw. They were recently awarded a facade grant by Main Street Warsaw, aiding in preserving the historical charm of their building. Forte Residential and Home Health Care has been a supporter of not only Downtown Warsaw but also the northern region of Indiana. They serve in 37 different counties providing in-home support for individuals receiving services through the Medicaid Home and Community-Based Waiver System (HCBS). Forte specializes in serving individuals with highly motivated family members. Their goal is to provide quality support to family members who devote their lives to their loved ones with special needs. They desire to empower individuals to lead meaningful and independent lives despite disabilities, supporting achievements such as graduation, obtaining driver’s licenses, and other significant achievements.
