Downtown Halloween Spooktakular

(Warsaw, IN) Warsaw Community Development Corporation (WCDC), Miller’s Senior Living Community, Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club, Kosciusko Cares, the Bowen Center, Warsaw Party & Rental, and the Esther Pfleiderer Trust are partnering to bring the community Spooktakular back this year to downtown Warsaw on October 28^th. Spooktakular is the annual Halloween costume contest and trick-or-treating opportunity held in downtown Warsaw.

Registration for the Costume Contest is at 5:30pm – 6:15, trick-or-treating is 6:00pm-7:00pm, and the costume contest is from 7:00 – 8:00pm. The order of the costume contest is as follows: Category A (Infant- 1 year old); Category B (2-3 years old); Category C (4-6 years old); Category D (7-9 years old); Category E (10 – 12 years old) and Group (Any age).
