Revolving Loan

Low interest Revolving Loan Program.

Main Street Warsaw offers a low interest Revolving Loan Program. The funds are provided by local banks and corporations, and are available to Main Street Warsaw and Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce members for interior and exterior building renovation projects and even assistance in purchasing a building in Warsaw City Limits.

Revolving loan interest rates are currently set at 75% of NY Prime Rate. The rate is fixed for 5 years and then adjusts for the remaining period of the loan at the 75% NY Prime Rate.

Borrower can apply for up to a $50,000 loan for the following:
  • Property improvements.
  • The purchase of a building within Warsaw City Limits
Requirements:
  • Borrower must be located within Warsaw City Limits
  • In order for the applicant to be eligible to receive Main Street Warsaw loan for a building purchase, applicant must have at least 10% equity into the purchase.
  • Borrower must be a paid member of Main Street Warsaw and the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce at the time the loan is opened and for the life of the loan.

Loan term of up to 10 years with an amortization not to exceed 20 years. No prepayment penalty.
